  we went to buy 4 pallets of grass they were late and then 1 of the pallets was rotten and when we called up there he was very rude and unproffessional saying he dident give refunds or exchange he did not want to listen and just said dont call ever again i will post pictures

  I have called several sod companies and none of them have been nearly as nice and attentive as the people that work for this company. Justin was very kind and made sure to help you as best he could!! Will most certainly come back.

  Prior to my purchase of sod from J&L sod company Justin the owner along with one of his crew were out to take a look at my yard and see how much sun I was getting in various parts of my yard to recommend the type of side I would need where I would need it and explain to me how and what they will be doing to prep work along with giving me a price on the entire job. I'd like to take this opportunity to let everyone know what a great job J&L grass company did on my sod installation just two weeks ago. Justin and his crew really hustled out there all day preparing the soil and probably as much as 60 to 70% of my entire yard. They rototilled the soil and raked out the bad grass, and leveled it all before laying the newly fresh sod. They installed 8 full pallets in my front side and back yard. What was exceptional was the service over the next few days Justin and one of his crew were out to check on the installation, the moisture of the sod and how I was doing with my watering as well as made recommendations each day. They also exchanged out several pieces that were not doing great. Each time they came out, they came with a handful of pieces to change out. I really don't think you'll find the type of work and especially the follow-up service that J&L sod provided anywhere else today. I would highly recommend that if you're looking for sod installation you have Jason and his crew come out and let them explain to you what is involved and how they can make your yard look great!

  My experience was outstanding! The company must be doing something right because they've been in business for several decades. All l can say is the grass is greener on their side. (pun intended) l give this company a 5 star rating and would proudly recommend their service to anyone.

  BEAUTIFUL ST. AUGUSTINE SOD AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We bought a pallet of St. Augustine here on Saturday and put it down that day. It looks great. Every piece was green and useable. We needed a few more pieces and I returned to J&L and received the same fast, friendly customer service. Everyone I have encountered here has been very helpful and friendly. The St. Augustine sod we purchased is some of the healthiest and greenest I have ever seen. Everyone was quick to answer any questions I had and they made sure to give me instructions on how to give the sod the care it needs to give it a great start. I will definitely recommend J&L to anyone looking for St. Augustine. Thank You to all that work at this business!
