  James and his crew were prompt, professional, and hardworking. I noticed a slab leak and gave J & J a call. They started working ASAP and worked diligently all day to get it fixed. I'm definitely going to call J & J for all my plumbing concerns moving forward. Highly recommend.

  Called to have someone investigate a backed up drain. All these guys did was rush through a snake job as quick as possible and then informed us we needed $1200 worth of pipe work to fix the problem and to call them if we wanted it done (as they were loading up to leave as fast as possible.) Paid the $150, said they would come back to snake the main drain - never heard from them again. Don't bother if you just need a drain cleared - these guys aren't terribly interested in small jobs.
