  Had a rebuilt transmission installed and it crapped out immediately after the warranty expired. It is what it is. $2400 gone. They did give me a $200 break on the next one but.

  They did a nice clutch job, reasonable price, kindly dropped me off and picked me up. The clutch makes the car feel like new. Smooth action. Been driving around and it is still performing through the winter. My experience was pretty straightforward and good. (One caveat; I had to air the car out for a few days and blast with air fresheners to get the cigarette smoke out, but I guess the guys working on it busted their ass without taking a smoke break elsewhere. That shows they work hard, right?...) Anyway, they were decent. Check out the all wood office that reminds you of an old pub. It would be a great bar if they ever retire. They could call it Transmission Bar and hang car parts in the walls.

  I was disappointed. I heard mixed reviews about this place but thought I'd check it out. The guy at the front desk was on the phone and ignored me when I asked for help. I was okay with waiting for him but he gave me no adknoledgement of any need for help. He was bullshitting on the phone with his friend about his night last night.
