  Island Volkswagen is great from start to finish!! Q is the absolute best! Such a nice guy and he really helps you work with your budget! I can’t wait to work with him again in the future! I highly recommend him!

  We had a wonderful experience working with Island Volkswagen Tim was a pleasure to deal with and our salesperson Q was extremely knowledgeable about all things Atlas and Volkswagen.   If you are looking for DECEPTION and poor costumer service after a Sale, then this place is the right place for you. I recently purchased a VW Atlas from them and love the truck, but the process I went through is the exact opposite feeling. Although it began on the right page, beyond that point is where it all went wrong! I was sold a truck they located from another dealer with the specifics I was looking for, but only to find out they were delaying my purchace of that truck so that they can figure out how they could sell a similar truck that they had in their lot. They accomplished hat by telling me 3 weeks later that they had a truck with the exact specifics except for color. I agreed because I was told I would get it quicker, which again was all a lie. The original truck included the black wheel package on the truck, but the second truck I eventually agreed to did not even though I was told did have it. At the point of purchase is when I was told the wheels would be ordered and out on at a later date. Now I’m stuck with a second set of tires that is a very big inconvenience and not what I originally agreed to and of course the real reason was so they could sell a truck off their lot and not another dealers lot. There is so much more to this story, but I will not bother. I will never return to this place again, nor would I refer anyone!

  Just bought a car from them 3 weeks ago. Very professional and amazing service. I worked with Tony and Richie to buy my car and subsequently when my garage punctured my tire. Fast service and wonderfully kind people. They really work with the idea that you will be a lifelong customer and it really shows. I always appreciate the handshake and warm welcome and they love my car just as much as I do. As such, they treat it so nicely that it could almost be mistaken for theirs to the untrained eye. If you want great service, take your business here! They have more cars than it appears as they have another lot with more cars a little further out. If you call in advance to see it, they'll bring it out and have it on the lot or, in my case, they brought it to the hospital so I could test drive it on my break. Highly recommended dealership.

  Great service. Great deals. I've had bad experiences with other dealerships and by far this has been the best. Danielle and Richie were both so helpful and accommodating. Danielle was my sales person and was very knowledgeable. She was great. The staff there were all very professional too and you could see the effort they put into wanting to make their customers happy. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience AND my new Passat! I'd recommend Island Volkswagen to anyone!
