  Very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked with items on sale I went there for. They give 12% senior discount on purchases on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 12/06/22 - Great sale today on pork belly @$3.49/lb. Regular price is $5.99/lb. I saved $25 on 10lbs of pork belly I bought. On top of that, I received 12% discount on the other items I bought. The staff, as usual, are very accommodating. 02/07/23 - Special shout out to the meat/seafood dept staff. Very helpful and efficient. I had 4 pompano fish fried tonight and it was perfection 💕

  Some of the fish does not appear good quality. Lots of cloudy eyes, previously frozen, soggy gills. But the fresh options look ok. Would not be my first choice with two other large fish stores nearby.

  So glad to find out that there’s an Island Pacific Market here in National City. I was looking for red curry paste, coconut milk and cooking wine. As I walk through the aisles, I noticed that the store has a wide array of products and the shelves are well-provided. As I was in a hurry to go back home and attend some errands, I need to quickly find these products. I approached this seemingly busy employee to ask where I could find what I’m looking for. Instead of simply telling me what aisle I can find these, this employee patiently led me to where the product is. Hats off to you guys. Not only do you have great food selection. More importantly, you guys have exceptional customer service worthy of emulation. Keep it up!

  Very good Filipino market. They carry difficult to find asian products. They have a large fresh seafood section. Their hot prepared food section is a bit pricey. Their baked goods section is very limited. However in the same shopping center there are excellent, reasonably priced, Filipino bakery and hot food Filipino Kitchenette stores.
