  We had an appointment, but we came in on the wrong day. The person on the phone told us the 15th which is a Wednesday. The 15th was a Tuesday. The appt was booked for the Wednesday. We resigned ourselves to coming in the next day but the guy said there was space for us. He was very understanding about the whole thing. Security is serious. Think airport security. It took us an hour to get through at noon. Done with everything by 1:30.

  Excellent Service. Really kind and Helpful people. Mrs Davis was the best. I spent no more than 14 minutes there.

  Worst costumer service ever!! Let me warn you. Make an appointment before you even show your face there,because this people are so rude that they will only tell you that you need an appointment and then kick you out of there. The guy who received us at the office was in the worst mood ever, like he was so feed up with everything he just wanted everyone to leave even though it was just 9am. I went to ask something and all he told me is that I need it an appointment and that he didn't have time to answer questions. Horrible experience.

  Worse customer service... I only went over to get a copy of my taxes and said good morning and everything the guy was like " here something else" I mean come on you work for the government that's mean you service for the people not treat them like we are nothing. If people don't love their job they are in wrong place.
