    IRS u suck!!! I need a tax return transcript.. I dont have a mobile phone. couldnt get it online The data doesnt match the request by mail... cant get it by mail I spoke to 1 freakin rude agent and talked to me for an hour (including wait time) saying "ohh im sorry my computer wont me process your tax return transcript" I spoke to another agent she was very kind and helpful and SAID she was going to fax the actual transcript.. when the fax came she faxed it incomplete!!! and it was just saying I requested a non filing... IRS sucks

    We went in by appointment and they were extremely nice. The people who helped out my mom were great and when my dad took his test they were also super nice and professional.

    They go by appt now. The receptionist was so nice, he gave me my number and I was next within a minute. Then was out within 15 min :D greatest experience ever and I got everything I needed
