  Lekeviya Newberry-Cotton is my wife she file head of household, my health insurance,and Single. Haven't paid no house hold bills do to her only working two days and low income. I'm in the hole 690 dollars I owe I pay 340 a month for health insurance. I paid the rent every month. Took care of all the bills. I need the IRS to look into this and do the right thing

  If the automated menu does not answer your question you can forget it. There is no way to talk to someone.

  It's ridiculous that an agency can send a bill allowing less than two weeks for it to be paid, but, they can't answer the phone in a timely manner!!!! I waited 52 minutes, on hold for a representative to answer, and STILL NO ANSWER!!!! By the time I gave up, it was 4:30 pm and their office was closed! They wamtbto charge interest on something that is late....how about for every minute a caller has to wait for a live person to answer a call, that same interest amount is deducted from the tax payers bill???? They didn't deserve ONE star, but, I couldn't write a review unless I have them one.

  Wow, message says call back during operating hours, we are well into their published hours, same message still activated and can't reach a human being!!! Frustrating!

  They just have a job to do people. It is what it is. You're a citizen, you enjoy federal services. People state that the US is better than other countries and a big reason for that is the services provided. Pay your taxes, be good, be cooperative and be good citizens. Nuff said.
