  I don't know his name but the front desk. He's white male and little bit older. All I have to say he's the best and he's always willing to help. I been here twice both times helped me well.

  I was really dreading my appointment today after reading the reviews, but I must say it was a very pleasant experience. I arrived 1/2 hour early and was seen 15 minutes before my appointment. Ms. Jones was very professional and quite helpful in answering all of my questions, very sweet lady. Yes you have to be searched up on entering the building, but that is for everyone's protection, they also were very nice. The only problem was finding a place to park as I am unfamiliar with downtown.

  Get prepared! It takes all day with little help and lots of fun around. I hope they take a look at the reviews and hire more workers.
