  I called to get questions answered and was told I had to come down. I made a trip down and was told they couldn't help me. The IRS services are nonexistent. I don't know the purpose of having a store front if you can't provide information or services. The employees I dealt with were extremely rude and prejudice. I would not visit this location!

  Great service. I went at 2.30 pm. They had almost stopped giving tickets. But when I explained we came from out of town, they were really cooperative. Very happy about the service. Go there early if you can. I heard mornings have long queues.

  I've been to the IRS office several times. There is too many people waiting for their needs and only a few people working. The waiting time easily goes over 1 hour and some people that just arrive manage to skip the line and get what they want... Last time I went I got the wrong papers that I asked for and was told they could not take care of me & my dad together, so get 2 tickets! At least the working people try and fake their attitude to look nice.
