  The team at Iron Health was extremely helpful getting me back to my day to day activities. They're knowledge and methods provided me with relief of my lower back pain with an accessible routine. I am grateful for all of their help and I highly recommend Iron Health to anyone!

  I've tried a few different PT places before coming to see Joe, and despite moving, I do the drive because I wouldn't go anywhere else! Through back pain, and then back surgery and recovery, he's helped me become more functional than I've been in a long time. And the staff are amazing as well, always smiling and friendly while still inspiring you to challenge yourself. So many places have become a 'mill,' so it's a refreshing and almost novel concept to be treated as an individual, which is what they do here!

  Iron Health is an amazing facility! The entire team is warm & friendly, and greets you with a smile that makes you feel right at home. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and uses cutting edge training techniques that push you to your best each and every time. I went their for my shoulder after I became unable to play golf at the club. They quickly rehabilitated me and my golf game is stronger then ever. Thank you so much for the amazing work that you and your team do!

  I have been working with Joe for the last several weeks looking to improve ROM and reduce pain in my shoulders. Joe's approach to my issues has been multi faceted and I have gained significant strength, ROM and am pain free. I intend to continue to see Joe on a regular basis to help maintain my current state of health and am grateful for his professionalism, understanding, and knowledge that has helped me get back to doing what I love!

  Iron health is an amazing physical therapy that is in the business of people. Not only did they provide the high tea level of treatment I have ever received (this is my 4th time going to PT) but they truly cared about me as a person. At iron health it’s a family and the physical therapists take care of you like you have known hem for years. The best programmed PT I have ever followed and I have recovered fully and back to the gym.
