  so the staff was very courteous and polite when me and my boyfriend went in. I was unable to sign up as a member before i left so the person who sold us our tickets gave us the member pricing anyways. Our waitress was very sweet and the place was very clean. However, i went last night and i have had food poisoning since i got back from the theatre. The sauce that was on the sliders was so disgusting that i almost threw up in the theatre after the first bite. There was so much grease on the waffle fries. My boyfriend also asked for another round of popcorn and after 20 minutes, it still wasn’t there and we had to ask again. I really wanted to give 5 stars because of the incredible kindness of the staff, but my stomach is saying otherwise.

  This has got to be one of the best movie theatres I have been to. I loved it. The seats are extremely comfortable. Its 2 two a seat with a privacy partion around it. It also has a table in front of the seats for when you order your food, which can be done from your seat. They also serve alcohol was very clean. The staff was courteous

  Was here for my first date in Jan and it was amazing. However, i came back a few months later and it's progressively changed. I ORDERED DRINKS 30 MIN AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. Absolutely terrible service. Server never came back and management claims there's nothing that can be done. I went to the bar for my own drinks. Meanwhile, the seats in front me received their drinks even after my order was placed. I find this place uncouth and complete lack of efficiency! Will never be back.

  We frequentED this place as a date night spot a lot. I emphasize the -ED because we will not be returning, due to each visit getting progressively worse than the last. When they first opened, service was excellent, place was well kept and clean. On our second visit we had a horrible experience, I won’t go into too much detail, but we received the wrong food and got charged for things we didn’t receive at all. Our next few visits the food was gross and cold and stale, service was a little better. Our most recent visit........ MICE RUNNING AROUND Such a shame this place is really going downhill, and it was such a cool idea for a theater, but not worth worrying if a mouse is going to run over your foot, or if it pooped in your food. Management should be ashamed. They should maybe invest in some cats, that I could deal with, and it would take care of the mouse problem.

  Another poor experience. When you pay 50.00 for a pair of tickets you should have a great experience. For the second time in as many visits we ordered something and it was not delivered. I am glad that I looked at the bill otherwise I would have paid for a 9 dollar cookie and not gotten it. I spoke to the server and he said sorry and took it off the bill. As I was walking out I spoke to a manager and he offered nothing to make me feel any better. They also advertised a drink on the screen that they didn't have all the ingredients.The seats were comfortable and reclined an they seemed to have enough staff. I don't think I will ever come back.
