Paid online and was forced to pay more once picking up car even though all of our information clearly said only 15$. New guy working overnight by himself. Felt bad but there was no reason to pay extra money. Would never park here again. Staff was also rude when dropping off car but w/e

Definitely went through my center console and I'm pretty sure they went through my change cup. A tool box in my center console that I always keep in one position because it slides was standing up in a different position.

My car is a POS that the key doesn’t need to be in the ignition to run. Long story short the car gets turned over to me without a key in the ignition and I don’t notice until I’m home in New Jersey. Instead of making it right, they ignore my phone calls, hang up on me when they do answer, and require me to drive all the way back to pick it up. DO NOT waste your money here.

Parking for Chinatown and Little Italy. More reasonable then some of the other lots. I found this location to be $10 USD cheaper then some a block away. Service was efficient. Staff was cordial. I did however notice that the staff was far more friendly to their "regular" costumers. While I apprecaite that businesses often take care of their "regulars," the difference is enough to make me rethink whether this will be my "regular" parking location for my trips to the area.
