::BEWARE!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! The driver charged my dads card and also had him write him a check. When I saw what had happened I contacted them only to be told that the driver is an independent contractor and does not work for them so they are not responsible for anything he did. And did I mention that they told me he was a CONVICTED FELON but they are not responsible for anything he did??? My dads card was also charged twice while he was in the hospital but they say they are not responsible for the charges. The vice president of the company for Memphis (John Cooley) who I am being told has the final say about what they reimburse was very difficult to deal with. All he kept saying is he would give me the information on the driver and I could file charges with the police but again they are not responsible for anything he did. Out of the 3 charges for $199 they say they are going to reimburse 1 of them. We will see but I seriously doubt it.
