  Stopped here for a reformer class during a business trip. The receptionists were super accommodating and the studio is beautiful. The pilates instructor was exceptional. It was a good, challenging work out and she gave me plenty of personalized attention. I actually felt bad as though I may throw off the other two women, as it is hard to follow sometimes when you are with a new instructor. But everyone was great. Would definite go back if I am there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging workout with a clearly well trained instructor, with a personailized approach.

  The teachers here at invoke really know their stuff. I especially love the hot yoga class offered on Friday nights from Yvonne! The studio is a great place to kick start or continue to grow your practice of yoga. I have also attended some pilates classes and a circuit class, all of which I've felt encouraged and secure to focus on becoming the healthiest me :) I love this place!

  I moved to Indianapolis having been practicing yoga for about a year---and I wanted to find a yoga studio with an amazing heated vinyasa class. After one visit to Invoke, I was HOOKED! All of the instructors are so much more than your "yoga instructor." They become your friends and family. The atmosphere is full of incredible, positive energy and everyone is so welcoming. I truly feel at home at Invoke. And if you want to find some not-to-miss classes: be sure to go to Erin's 5:30pm on Tuesday, Jillian's 5:30pm on Thursday or 10am on Sunday and Yvonne's 8:30am on Saturday. Whew talk about sweat city!

  This is a studio with good vibes and great teachers. I've been a student at the downtown location for over 2 years now and I've never felt more at home. I went from learning yoga via YouTube videos to a studio with lots of hands on adjustments and my practice has only grown. While I attend mostly heated vinyasa classes, all the classes they offer are high quality with experienced instructors.

  I absolutely love Invoke Studio. I have been attending classes regularly for the past year and a half and have met some of the most genuine and positive people here! The studio is beautiful and the energy is somehow peaceful and upbeat at the same time. I would recommend this studio to anyone at any fitness level!
