  Went in with a design and little knowledge on how to put it together on an invitation. The staff were tremendous help. It took only two emails to get our invitations the way we wanted it. One week later we had our invitations. Tldr: friendly and fast

  In regards to customizing invitations they are limited on what they can do. The lady kept saying no they couldnt do that there with over 60% what i said and simple tasks such as foiling letters or being able to add a couple words to one side of the invitation.
