  This bank is horrible. Don't be enticed by convenience and go to a bigger bank. Here are my experiences from the past few months: 1) Need to wire money? Two out of three times there was no one there to wire money. The entire branch has ONE person that can wire money. 2) Have a business? Go elsewhere. They only feel comfortable opening small personal accounts here. Upon opening my account, I gave a monthly income estimate of around $10k. A wire comes in for $19k ONCE and they email me questions almost weekly. "Where is the money coming from" "What is it used to purchase?" "Who did you sell the products to?" "Where does the buyer store the products?" "What does the buyer do with the products?" I understand they have to worry about money laundering and other issues, but I have spent more time answering their incompetent questions than actually running my business. After submitting answers for everything, guess what? They shut down my account for a month before telling me they have to close it. 3) Communication is lacking. I ask for an update and I get blank stares. I understand that English is not the first language of the manager, but it is a bit ridiculous how incredibly unprofessional they are. The lone bright spot are the tellers, who are very friendly and professional. Overall - horrible experience. Go to BoA, TDBank, or Chase. Anywhere but this mess.
