  Large bank but hasn't made sure that there website is available from the latest mobile devices!

  Granted all I needed was a Foreign Currency exchange, I still thoroughly was pleased with my visit. Christine Smith was so welcoming and engaged in friendly conversation while also getting my exchange done quickly and effectively. I don't have an account with Intrust Bank, but they didn't punish me or drop fees on me. Just kind, professional business.

  I've banked at Intrust for 13 years and have never been anywhere else. The customer service has always been extremely on-point, and their locations are more conveniently located than any other bank in Wichita. Face it, you'll never find absolutely perfect service at any bank, but Intrust comes close!

  Whoever designed your parking garage should have a boot shoved up their butt LMAO I'm just waiting for some ass**** to front-end me while they're blindly and carelessly going around the corners too fast. And one occasion the air was let out of all four of my tires, but no other damage

  Been banking with them since 1996, in the past 6 - 8 years it seems like every 6 months they try a new product on me with fees that I did not request and I have to call and get things back to the way they were (no fees). The latest one is they pushed me to go mobile and online banking, so as not to use humans at the brick and mortar facilities, so I do that but then they want "convenience" fees. I don't need this static. Time to find a Credit Union.
