  This Place blows! The staff does not pay attention to you outside of a few of the trainers. The majority are chit chatting during the workouts and dont help you correct your form. Adam (the owner) is the worst of them all. An arrogant bad business owner who will try and leach you for fees. Proceed with caution!

  BEWARE: This gym is a great gym for HIIT and the staff are helpful, inspiring, and seem to love what they do. HOWEVER, my experience is that if you decide to enter into a contract DON'T do it. It's probably best to pay on a class-by-class basis. I moved to the area expecting to stay there at least a year and for economical purposes signed a year contract because I loved the gym. When I had a TRUE emergency come up forcing me to move out of the area very unexpectedly after only 2.5 months of being there Adam Kant, the alleged owner, wouldn't budge one bit and kept all of my $1,200 that I'd paid the year in advance. So sign on the dotted line at your own risk because life throws curve balls and not everyone is so very understanding.

  Probably the tri-state area's best kept secret. If you want to become super fit while having a good time this is probably the gym for you.

  I urge you to become a member of the revolution. Witness what the Intrepid Gym can do for you. It is the best fitness decision that I have ever made. All you have to do is walk in the door. The rest will follow. I started my journey with the Intrepid Gym in March of 2016. Since then I have: gained 15 lbs. of muscle, lost three inches from my waist, and have increased both my energy and my stamina levels two-fold. I have always been very active. The Intrepid Gym took me to a whole new level of vitality. The staff is professional, personable, and proficient. The workouts are encouraging, scalable, and downright awesome. The sense of comradery, community, and the feeling of continuous enhancement are what motivates me to keep coming back for more. This is why I joined the revolution. I strongly recommend that you do the same. It will be the best workout experience that you will have.
