  Its pricey but accommodating there is a laundry facility on site, every other week they do housekeeping which is mandatory. Is reasonably close to small gas stations and grocery store, easily accessible from freeway

  This is an extended stay that is reasonably priced for what you get. The Wi-Fi is better than most other places I have stayed for long term. The office staff has always been courteous. I have now been here for 2 months. The biggest issue I have with the room is the lack of an oven. I mitigated that by buying a toaster oven from Wal-Mart. There is not a lot of counter space, but for the 2 of us, we make do. It is quieter than it appears. I-10, 51st, and McDowell is all right there. At night with the door closed, it is very quiet. The room has excellent curtains that the room can be super dark when the sun is hitting the west side. There's quite a bit of fast food nearby, and the bus stops are very conveniently located. If you pay your rent on time or renew online (as I have been doing) there won't be any issues with the office staff. The neighbors have gotten rowdy a couple of times, but the courtesy patrol took care of that for me. Don't expect this to be a Radisson.

  Excellent friendly service. Front desk attendants are helpful and courteous. Rooms are very tastefully designed and clean. Highly recommend 😊

  I had a wonderful experience. The manager, Daniel, was always very cordial and hospitable. I must have locked myself out of my room a dozen times and he never even got annoyed with me. Thank you so much.
