  Where do I start, my room didn't have towels nor pillows. The floor are coming apart. My room is on the lower level. It's water marks like it's been flooded at one point of time.. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be sick.. I'm giving them one star because they manage too fool me into staying, being I paid up front... NEVER EVER EVER!

  They are nice here. The rooms are what is expected for the price. It has a small kitchenette. The police are regulars here.

  Cigarette burn holes in the bed spread, curtains that would not close, mildew coming out of the bathroom ceiling. I'm visiting from another state and booked this hotel. When I got to the room I smelled mold and smoke. I walked around the shops near the hotel, was gone for an hour, to get a few things and when i came back there were some older men hanging out by my door. After I went inside I could not close my curtains and the old men were peeking in my curtains! All I could think of is waking up at 3am and seeing a strange man outside my window. So I packed up and asked Daniel at the front desk for a refund. I was in tears because I was scared and I was very polite when asking for my money back, even when he chuckled at me for crying over the situation. He said since I sat on the bed and unwrapped the toilet paper roll the will be keeping all the money. I have never been so upset and I will be contacting bbb, expedia, and any other website I can find associated with this hotel. Shame on you for treating your customers this way! Update! After spending over an hour on the phone woth expedia and calling the manager of the hotel, daniel, expedia has decided to over ride their policy and refunded my money. Expedia gets 5 stars for compassion and morale. The hotel however, well I just hope they never treat someone this way again.

  After calling the hotel twice to confirm that it was OK for me to check in late, they cancelled my room. On the phone the lady said "Whats your name? OK I saw it on the list I will save your room." I made it clear that I was driving from Houston. When we pulled up I was told that my room was given away. I knew that all the hotels in the city would be booked up which is why I booked it in July 2017. I cried in this woman face and she had no companion. We had to sleep in my car that night. I will never book here again

  Paper thin walls, non-smoking rooms smell like smoke (the manager tried to justify non-smoking rooms coming with ash trays), had to try and negotiate for an extra roll of toilet paper before receiving a half-used roll. Stay away.
