  This place is a rip off their emergency sale is a scam and the employees are liars ! I bought 4 chairs at the sale they had 2 in stock when I asked if they could get 2 more l was told no problem. About 2 days later I was sent a picture of a chair and said they could no longer get the chair and was told the factory went out of business. I asked for a refund and was told that I had to come in and pick other chairs. When I went to look at other chairs I was told by the same person that the reason they couldn’t get the original chairs was because they were just chairs that someone brought across the border ( nothing about the factory). Then they tried to get me to accept some low quality chair s I then picked chairs from a catalog which I accepted even though they were still very poor quality be careful with this store and their management

  When we purchased our items everyone was eager to help and get us processed. However when we came back to pick it up It took alittle to get help. I kept being switched between people. When I finally got my item I saw it wasn't built yet which was NEVER discussed with us. I went back in to talk to them and my original rep was like its simple you screw it on etc. She never said sorry or anything for never mentioning that we had to built it. I was told by another rep "thats why they were so cheap" Well if someone told us that it be a different story. The guy then offered to assemble them for 10 bucks. At first I said yes but my husband stated we shouldn't give this company anymore money. We were actually thinking of getting sofa for our entertainment room, I'm so glad we didn't. Buyer beware.
