Was there for a pre-Super Bowl party/concert. The different levels provide numerous viewing options and sight lines. Sound wasn't bad either.

We were at an event on Saturday night and the accessible lift was broken. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency for my friend in her wheelchair, who sat there for quite some time until finally someone came to fix it. I was also sad to see that they still had the label "handicap lift" on it. Whatever company manages this building obviously is not paying attention to its accessibility. Although someone apologized from the caterer, no one apologized to my friend.

Fantastic and fun, yet upscale, venue for special events like fundraisers...five story atrium that allows for seating on many levels...great acoustics...several options for food and beverage locations...elevators make it very mobility friendly...convenient restroom options...always clean and well maintained...IMS would make a great wedding venue...the building is over 100 years old and during the day, during the week, it serves as the design center for the Twin Cities with many of the suites designed for window shopping...events best when valet parking offered. Ilook forward to attending another event there.

Gorgeous building filled with the Twin Cities best home designers and remodelers. Definitely a must if you are thinking of building or remodeling your home.
