::I chose this office because they had an earlier appointment than other locations. I read the reviews and the 1st review had me saying I hope I get Mrs Palmer. Guess what...I got her and I was in awe at her professionalism and the way she calmed my fears about the IRS. She handled me with care and got me in and out. Truly an asset to the IRS. Thank you for your professionalism and awesome customer service Mrs Palmer.

::I had to go in today to verify my identity and I was shown exemplary customer service. Ms. Palmer worked the front desk and not only was she knowledgeable but she was patient and kind. Explaining to individuals who had come in before others that it was not that they were being skipped but that the persons arriving after them had appointments that were at or very close to their arrival time while those who arrived before were early and therefore had to wait until their time had come. In customer service environments it's information such as this that can make a huge difference in someone becoming frustrated and and feeling valued as a customer. Thanks to Ms. Palmer I was out of there in under an hour. Great work IRS in Hopkins Plaza

::Well firstly, the directions weren't perfect....the actual entrance is to the back side of the building...where there is another parking place...there is an adjacent parking spot called "Down Under" ...i couldn't find any reference to that anywhere in Google Maps...its a bit costlier...$8 for first 20 min...then goes to $20 & then $40 & so on....although it says "go to 9th floor" in the lobby...the actual office is on ground floor...so the elevator needs to go down....everything's pretty slow inside the office...but some how, not more than 40 mins was taken for my case since the appointment time...so take time in hand when going to this place...

::Extremely upset. I had my identity stolen and now receive a pin. My boyfriend and I both received our pin numbers by mail open. They were mailed without being sealed. PLEASE explain to me how are you protecting identifies if someone in your staff failed to SEAL the freaking letters! Now I don't feel secure at all. I will be calling and I hope someone pays a little more care into doing their job.

::CAN NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE REP! SO ANNOYING! SITE IS ALWAYS DOWN VERY ANNOYING! CAN NEVER GET INFO NEEDED!!!!!! EVERYTHING IS AUTOMATED AND MY ISSUE DOES NOT FIT INTO THE CATEGORIES!!!! I ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY HATE DOING BUSINESS WITH THE IRS! BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!
