  Never order shoes from Intermix Online. They will send you a pair that were worn before and won’t let you return when you try to return them. Amazing.

  Great sales people. Did not know this brand now owned by the gap. Regardless they stay open to 7pm in an area where most stores are closed at 6pm. So for last minute shopping this is a good stop.

  There was a time when everyone in Georgetown knew that shopping at Intermix meant being ignored wholly by the employees. In the matter of a couple years, they’ve really turned the ship around and I’ve experienced some of the best customer service in my life at this store. They’ll bend over backwards to find a piece of clothing for you, doesn’t matter if it’s the new fendi boots or a dress discounted over 60% off. They even went out of their way to have items shipped to me. Special shout out to Lauren & Alicia. Oh and they’re curation of items is FAB. I only wish I had more money to spend here!!

  The online store is HORRIBLE! I spoke with an associate named YUNG and she couldn't offer any solutions for my missing PAID FOR package and even with my email info and tracking, she couldn't locate the package and refused to pass me to a supervisor. Rather, she advised I send an email or call a store. The regular stores will take an order and your package will be delivered LATE no matter the priority shipping you pay for. I've spent thousands with intermix and it makes no difference. They offer apologies and the mistakes are repeated. Shop another more reliable luxury store if you are in a rush or are indifferent about your purchase :(
