  I STRONGLY suggest that no one does business with this company, because they over promise and UNDER deliver. I paid a premium for a consultation that promised lots of services and contractors, and that's NOT what we got. Our overpriced bid came by one contractor that came to my home and after 10 minutes of standing in my living room with no measuring tape or pen and paper; he later submits an extremely high quote. When I expressed my concern to Athena, her response was that "the contactor knows what he's doing and didn't need measurement"(not to mention his details for number of doors and other dementions were grossly off target). When I asked for more bids her reply was "all other contractors in her network was unavailable until spring". So my question is "why did you take my money in the fall?". She NEVER contacted us with another contactor. ALSO YOU DONT GET A REAL RENDERING OF YOUR DESIGNED SPACE AS PROMISED!!! You will however pay a premium for pictures of furniture ext, with a sales pitch to spend more money even though you have NO IDEA OF HOW IT WILL LOOK IN YOUR SPACE. When you complain, she gets defensive. When you ask for a refund...you get total silence. So I invested $1,400 for some cut out pictures and a sales pitch. Very disappointed.

  We would not use them again, nor would we recommend Interiors Remembered to any friends. We entered the agreement expecting a much better experience than we received (especially for what we paid). They did provide an idea which we used, however, their follow up and communication was very poor. Also, if you hear "typically our customers recoup the fee by using our decorator discount"... that definitely did not work for us.
