If you can avoid dealing with this company you would be well advised to do so. We had to use them since they handled the design options on our new home. We opted for upgrades including carpet which turned out to be of very poor quality compared to standard carpet. Less than a year later we're forced to replace it. Working with this company is very frustrating. They don't show up for appointments, don't return calls, and don't honor their warranty obligations. If I were buying a new home again and they were the company handling our design options I would switch builders.

Almost used them. Had to call them and waited 5 days to get a call after I purchased the granite. The sale person Linda wasn't too concerned and implied that they "do 30 of these a day and are super busy". Sorry not what I want to hear before they do any work. So i went on and read the reviews and canceled my order with Home Depot on the spot and will order from a company that cares about each and every job. Shame on Home Depot for not following through on and checking how the company they recomend is doing!! Would you eat from a restaurant that has 1.4 stars? Think about it.....worst you can leave is 1 star!!

If I could give 0 stars....I would. My husband and I renovated our house and had a new kitchen installed. We purchased our cabinets and countertop from IKEA Centennial. IKEA contracts ISI as their countertop installer (we didn't have a choice about this). ISI installed a new quartz countertop, way over-priced, that was scratched. They knew that it was scratched before they installed it but they were going to see if they could 'fix' the scratch, or find a new slab to install in it's place. However, they decided to install the scratched slab and now it is discolored where their 'fix' was. There are also several other discolorations from minor scratches all over the rest of the countertop. I emailed them as soon as I saw it and sent pictures of these areas. It has been over 4 months since the install and I have been trying to get them to 'fix' it again or replace the countertop. Crickets....... Trying to figure out my next move, but from these reviews, I'm not sure I will get anywhere. Since they are contracted through IKEA, hopefully IKEA will resolve this with a refund or a new countertop installed by someone else. It's disappointing when you pay for new/nice and you get damaged/unsatisfactory....

After reading the google reviews I was really worried about going here to design my new home. Luckily I was met by Denise who was the warmest most caring person. She was truly a joy to work with and I couldn't have been happier about my experience working with her. She even went above and beyond and helped point out tips for DIY options since I had a budget and suggestions on good people in the industry to help me get my desired after market changes. Denise said that the management and workers here have changed recently so don't be too worried about the bad reviews. The only reason my review is a 4 star is because I was completely surprised when I asked about certain options and all they could do was show me out of date images in a catalog (if there were even images). Sure there were a lot of the basic options to show in house but several times I asked about say lighting or style items that just weren't there and so we had to google hoping to find a good example. I'm hoping that they will start using better technology to visually show what options in a model room would look like. Where's my virtual reality home?

Note: This is a preliminary review because we have only gone through the selection phase of our new home. We will update after installation. This week, I was scheduled to meet with Denise Costerus, ISI Designer to begin putting together the interior of our new home; bathroom design, kitchen, picking carpet, etc. She was absolutely amazing!!! Because we are first timers at this, I was a bit nervous about what to expect when I walked into the large showroom. Luckily, Denise took things at a relaxed pace and was not pushy AT ALL, so she made it a very pleasant 3 hour appointment. She was cognizant about keeping me close to budget, while sharing her knowledge, design ideas and helping me making comparisons. If you can request to have Denise as your designer, DO IT.
