  This hotel is my little escape from home into the city for self-care me time. It is often a romantic getaway with the husband as well. They are patriotically military friendly and safe. My daughters love taking a night out to enjoy the beautiful city of Boston, fine dining, museums and sister bonding. The rooms can be exceptionally beautiful with dazzling waterfront views of Boston and its endless historically landmarks. The hotel services is remarkably noteworthy, professional, personable, and all you can expect from a setting of its caliber. I highly recommend checking out this hotel as a home away from home.   By far the finest stay my wife and I have had at a hotel. The staff and service is hands down the best we have ever received. Claire is an asset to this hotel and a genuine person all together (you're in extremely good hands if she happens to be the one to help you). We will be back much sooner than we thought and we cannot wait to stay here again. The corner king suite is worth every dollar (the views, layout, and deco) as the photos do it no justice on their website. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay more than delightful.

  I have to say that this hotel superseded my expectations every single time. We stay here often and the customer service is impeccable. They remember us and make our stay so enjoyable and easy for us. They make sure we have what we need and even got our daughter a birthday cake. The housekeeping staff to Concierge are amazing. We always choose this hotel as the amenities are amazing and we feel at home. They never hesitate to answer a question or make sure our day is going well. We will see our intercontinental family soon. Kudos to an amazing team.

  Beautiful, safe, and comfortable property on the harbor waterfront. We stayed here with children and felt it was spacious enough. Everyone appreciated the privacy that the separate bathroom offered. The bathtub was luxurious! Room service delivery was extremely fast (the sausage pizza was delicious). It would be great if a lobby coffee bar was available earlier than 7:30 am. Look forward to future stays with Intercontinental Boston!

  It was a short visit to BOSTON, but our stay at the hotel made our trip pleasurable. Its location is just perfect within downtown with many attractions and a short walking distance to the south station. Its rare-side is lined with water, providing cozy seating places, and a bar facing water-view. All the staff were super friendly and pleasantly catered to all our needs. Especially, HEROLD helped us have a beautiful spacious room for our comfortable stay! The hotel provides every possible upscale amenity that a 5 star hotel deserves, but we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it all. :(
