  Representive named Tom was impolite, lied about calling my number to schedule delivery, hung up the phone multiple times and threatened that he will send the items back.

  Stay away from this company!!!! They did not show up on delivery day which cost me a 1 vacation day. I hadn't spoken to anyone before getting a phone call the next day telling me that the driver was outside my house. I was at work so this delivery wasn't going to happen. I spoke to a rep. from this company and we had an arrangement that they would come four days later toward the end of the day and would call me an hour before hand. Mine would be the last delivery of the day. I went to work that day which is only 40 minutes away knowing if they called I would have enough time to get home. At 11:45 AM ( not exactly the end of the day) a driver calls me at work to say he is outside my home with a delivery. The driver says he will come back later then. As I write this I am still waiting..

  This is a terrible outfit, stay away if at all possible. I had a McMaster shipment which was shipped out of central NJ on Wednesday. It was transferred to Intercept the following morning. They did not even attempt delivery on Thursday. On Friday, I called them multiple times, and they assured me that the load will be there "in one hour;" nothing was delivered by EOB. On Monday, the shipment finally arrived at 1pm, three business days late. Important work had to be postponed because of these guys.

  The delivery was days late. I called them numerous times to receive an update on when it would arrive and each time I was given different answers. Do yourself a favor and use a different shipping company.
