  I locked my keys in my house and I was helped by Ricardo. He was here in less than 30 minutes and got my door open in less than 2! The prices were fair and the service was great.

  Appt was scheduled between 12 and 1. Got a call at 12:10 stating "I'll be there in 20 minutes". He arrived at 1:15 with no explanation. No uniform, no marking on his car. Not very professional and prices are high. Next time I will pay for it myself and not use my home warranty.
