  I went to the InStep Pilates for a introductory session and it was amazing. The location is hip and cool and parking is easy. Mathieu is very knowledgeable and customized the exercises to consider my improvement areas. Great experience!

  This Pilates studio is great! Very professional. New equipment and peaceful environment makes it a nice place to work out.

  Fantastic trainers. Easy to find, great location in the city by the freeway. Easy to park. Very clean, quiet and spacious

  If you are looking for an AMAZING Pilates Studio this is the place! My-Hanh is a sweet, vibrant, and talented teacher! Her passion and knowledge of Pilates and anatomy shows through when you work with her. She notices unique things about your body that may be out of line or in need of attention and she will tailor the perfect session to strengthen those areas! I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a great experience with results!!
