  I joined Inspire Fitness over two years ago and they all carefully prepare a workout routine for every visit that challenges me, is mindful of my abilities and is fun to do - they truly inspire me to improve my strength and tone my muscles. They are experts in their field, concerned about each clients' needs and issues, as well as being great team to spend time with! I highly recommend them.

  I go to many of the morning classes: Fri 6a; Sat 8a; and Sun 930a. The classes are challenging but very fun. Great teachers and extremely welcoming and enjoyable group of participants.

  I recently started working out at the Inspire Fitness. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Always feel very well taken care of as well as challenged. It’s a happy, friendly and cheerful environment.

  I joined Inspire Fitness in October of 2014, after a friend of mine raved about it. Since that day working out at this "inspiring" gym has become a routine; this is the first time in my life that I have consistently worked out multiple times per week. So, what motivates me to wake up at 6:30am to work out? Simple -- fantastic and friendly trainers, great atmosphere, customized workouts and, last but not least, the results that I can feel and see. Highly recommend!

  I LOVE this place! Great facility, amazing trainers. In addition to losing weight I now have a lot more energy. They don't let you give up. They really care and the service is very personalized. I highly recommend!
