  This organization, from Philly to DC, doesn't change. The cookies are to die for from when they open until they close; quality had never (knocks on wood), faltered. The staff is always smiling or looking for a smile and cracking jokes that are actually funny. Milk is an odd brand but that's just because I'm not used to it. Looks can be deceiving but it was obvious they choose that milk brand as it pairs perfectly with the warm cookies. Will return.

  Not sure what the fuss is about with this place. They have good cookies but nothing to rave over.

  Greatest cookies ever!!! Someone would have to get me to try theirs in order to say they are good. Sorry grandma, but insomnia cookies are freaking delicious.

  Cookies are delicious and soft. Taking a star off as only got 3 out of the 8 cookies ordered the first time- however they were very polite about correcting the mistake and quickly rectified it by re delivering the full order. Great place for late night snack

  Such nice wait staff. They didn't have any snickerdoodles prepared, but they gave me an estimated wait time and a discount on my other cookie (not a snickerdoodle) since I had to wait. Thoroughly appreciated. Sweet guys.
