  Bryan Smith and the Innovative Air team provided excellent service in replacing our old furnace / radiator system with brand new high velocity HVAC. Bryan and the team executed our vision perfectly, taking into account the quirks of an old home and delivering a HVAC system that updates our home for 2017 and the next 20 years. Previously there was a 10 degree differential on each floor and we had very high utility bills. The new system is efficient, quiet and already blends completely into our home. We also have two kids under four and Bryan and team were extremely considerate in working around a young family. Would recommend Bryan and team to homeowners looking to update any home ready for next generation heating and cooling systems.

Throughout the process, John and his team have been very responsive, accommodating, careful and professional. The finished product exceeded my expectations and I have very happy with the service and the result. Highly recommend!

  Highly recommend Innovative Air, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly team who completed a complex job in under a week. Very courteous and detail oriented. Constantly cleaning and making sure they were not in our way during the installation. The man who came to install the thermostat was super helpful and spent time going over the details with me. Trustworthy to leave alone all day and very clean at the end of each day. Would work with them again in the future.

  Trust is a key issue. I paid $550+ to innovative air to fix my ductless unit. They did a temp fix. As they wanted to charge another $500 for a permanent fix I asked another professional to come in. This person then told me that they do not see proof of the work innovative air did. Now, maybe the work was done, but based on what the other company showed and informed me i had to pay for the exact same service twice. Nice people, but if you can't trust them then you might as well throw away your money. Let me restate it a different way. I am told i probably have a leak and that is why my refrigerant levels were at 0. Instead of fixing the leak they added over 3 lbs of refrigerant without telling me first. Note that my unit only requires 2.2 lbs and it is $125/lb. Not to mention the labor cost. Would it have not made more sense to only add 1/2 lb and inform the customer first so they could get the leak fixed? They informed me they did everything by the book. I run a business too and cannot see how they were looking out for the customer's best interest. I didn't even ask for all my money back, just a portion. They said no.
