  The place seems quiet and lovely, so I stopped in for an SNS french manicure. I was the 2nd customer at that time. I was helped right away and the ladies were nice, but it became quite obvious that the person doing my nails had NO idea how to properly structure a French SNS manicure. She dipped my nails so many times inconsistently that some are super thick and others are very thin. The nail beds are cloudy (they're supposed to be clear), my cuticle areas--which she filed to the point of bleeding TWICE, are chipping already and it's been 2 days. My nails look incredibly tacky and I am embarrassed that I didn't stop the process sooner all because I didn't want to hurt the nice lady's feelings. Never again. Lesson learned. Save yourself the hassle, please!

  Worst fill in ever. She rushed through the entire process. My nails were lumpy and the nail polish was bubbling. I have almond shaped nails and when I pointed out that she did my filing crooked she rudely told me that other customers are waiting.....and there were only two other customers in the shop. She tried to tell me to come in the next day to get them fixed for free but the point was to do it right the first time.

  Terrible service. I went in for a mani-pedi on a Saturday. There was only one other customer there. I waited 15 minutes for them to get started. First my old polish was removed. Then I was left alone for 20 minutes. Then my fingernails were filed. Left alone for another 10 minutes. Then a very painstakingly and excruciatingly slooooow leg massage that seemed never to end and was not enjoyable. Just when polish was about to be applied, I was abandoned in favor of a mother and 3 daughters who came in. I sat for another 15 minutes and decided to leave unpolished. I was given no apology nor explanation. All told I was there nearly 2 hours with virtually nothing of substance done for my nails. NEVER again will I go here and don't recommend unless you want to collect dust and grow cobwebs waiting for your nails to actually be done.

  Finally found the best place to get my nails done in the city! It's taken almost three years,but Bonita was worth the wait.I've had my gel manicure on for three weeks now and I don't have any chips, they still look perfect!The women who work there are also amazing and so sweet.I can't speak highly enough of this place!
