  Just got my alarm with remote start done by the owner himself on my trailblazer...GREAT WORK, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT PRICES...they took their time and made sure everything was perfect...if i had a question it was quickly answered...i highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to do alarm and music!

  2 weeks calling them no answer on the phone .. trying to get my quote on my sub box ..ever day for 2 weeks .. so upsetting ...and they seem to do good work ..

  Very precise, unique, and elegant!! One of the best place I known for custom and security! I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Infiniti Sound, the best in NYC and the tristate area.   Not very good at cunstomer service. I felt everything was my fault. None of which was mention in phone conversations.
