  One of the worst smelling lobbies. Dirty building. Elevator broken in 6 story building..

  Parking isn't the best, apartments are raggedy. No AC. Dangerous Area.

  So vintage and artsy and chill af!!! A great place to meet new people as well. I love it... if you are looking for a five star apt or something boogie this place is not for you.

  I would give zero stars if I could. The apartments are very nice, but the people are awful! Several times we were told that there were no other persons looking at the apartments that we were. However, every time that we had a showing, the apartments would mysteriously get taken. This happened several times despite assurances that they would "reserve the apartments" for us for "no charge." In addition, we had to move our dates for viewings SEVERAL TIMES because they messed up and put the wrong time or "forgot." They literally told us that they forgot about us. Though they seem nice on the phone, don't be fooled! They are very uncaring and unhelpful in the renting process.
