  Park in Walgreens parking lot, it is on same side as 4269 and right beside it's parking lot. So you can go right from one to the other. Parking is horrible along the front (Pearl St) traffic times are worse.

  Automatic wait time of at LEAST 30 minutes up to 3 HOURS. Front desk nurses(?) were incredibly rude, blunt, and uncaring. Also, Google hours are incorrect -- they close weekdays at 3pm, not 4pm. Again, the front desk nurse was unapologetic in informing me of the fact. This place is unwelcoming. It's like purgatory. They also do not answer their phone, and as a previous review noted, they clearly don't care about busy people who have to take drug tests in very little time. (EDIT: 4/10/18) If you need a drug test, be aware of the actual hours noted in the picture, not on the website. I came at 1:30pm and the nurse, clearly very unaware of customer service and basic human courtesy, told me they were done for the day. Not a single apology, smile, or glimmer of humanity.)

  Went there for a drug test @ 8:00am, However the door was locked. I saw people in there but they would not open the door even though they are supposed to open at 8. I was not let in until 8:20 when they unlocked the doors. The staff was very unprofessional and do not care about people who have to take drug tests.

  Longest waitimes ever! There was only 1 person in the waiting room and it took me over 45 minutes to provide the sample! Its ridiculous here....all the nurses were very busy talking about their weekend plans but not just getting 2 people out of the waiting room.

  Was forced to rescheduled an appointment because the doctor chose to catch a flight at the same time. Scheduled for 6pm. They were a no show. Called, their voice message system was not set up to leave a message. No one there. A building employee opened the door and searched for anyone inside the office space. No one. They were a no show. Spoke with the building receptionist and she said they had left so long ago she had forget the exact time. Talked to them the next day and the edgy receptionist (the doctor's pit bull) laughed and said it was I who was a no show. Certainly reported them as they are collecting cash from VA. Giving them one star because I can't give negative 10.
