    Tough getting an appointment to fit and then another one for alterations, but we had a lot of fun building a custom suit and it came out pretty nicely.

    Bad service, guilt trip when showing up for my appointment within the window they asked me to come in after my previous trip there where I attempted to get poorly fitting shirts adjusted. Too many trips, not enough help, resentful attitude, just forgot about these guys.

    Steven Mia's superb measurements meant that when I returned last week to fit the four suits I purchased, we had only 1/4 inch to let out in 2 of the 4 vests (with Axel guiding me through the fittings). He then patiently walked me through not just shirt styles but the shirt options, helping me understand both what's in fashion, the functions of various options, and how things might fit together. This kind of knowledgable, patient, and personable service is a reason I anticipate coming back to Indochino regularly.

    My fiance and I went to check his options for wedding suits. We booked online our appointment and were very excited about it. Nonetheless, it just last 5 minutes. The sales person took us in was completely space out "literally". She was cold and very unprofessional. She sit us in the living room and went straight to the point by saying out that the store was based in Canada and handling to us what the terms and conditions were. We immediately felt we were in the wrong place. We asked her that we wanted to see fabrics, colors options, and then we will move forward. She did not care for anything we us couple were looking for. She said made another appointment to take measurements. We definitively knew by then we had been picked by the wrong saless person. We were expecting to be welcomed and for someone to ask what we were looking for and also explain our options and from then make appointments for further measurements.

    3 months later, 2 remakes later, this place has LOST my suit. My first fitting appointment was on October 28, 2017. The fitter was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. I left the store expecting to receive my "made to measure" suit. The first suit was delivered around Nov 10, 2017. The suit was way too large. Jacket, vest, pants, everything too big. I called customer service, and they told me this kind of experience is "normal" because it is my first fitting. They ask me who my fitter was. How do they expect me to remember? Their fitters apparently don't record these in their system. Unprofessional. They set me up with another fitting appointment for Nov 20. My second visit to the store: The fitter tells me I should have gotten one to two sizes smaller. The remake was delivered Dec 4, 2017. This time, the suit was too small. I called the store. Again, they asked me who my fitter was. I don't remember, it's been a month. Why does it matter who my fitter was? So they can fire him? Maybe this is why no employee records their customers. I did not get a new set of hanger/dust bag with my remake package. The customer service told me I was supposed to keep these and not return them to the store along with my suit; the store did not tell me about this. I set up another appointment for Dec 28, 2017. My THIRD visit to the store: The fitter fitted me and wrote down the adjustments. I told him to send me a new set of hanger/dust bag with the suit, he say "no problem". I left. The second remake was never delivered. Today is Jan 28, 2018, three whole months since my first visit, still without a suit. I called the store to ask about the status of the suit. The store first respond with "your remake was shipped long ago". I had to clarify that I'm asking about my SECOND remake. The store asked me again "who was your fitter?" They lost my suit. He told me my only option was to visit the store again to get measured all over again. I asked for a refund, he told me that I signed the paperwork that says I'm not entitled to a refund. He said this so fluently, he must have said it a lot to customers who want refund. He told me it is beyond the duties of the store to process refunds, and the head office might give me a refund. Honestly Indochino, I think it is better for you to give me a refund than to waste both of our valuable time, than you to waste more money making me 10 more suits that do not fit. The service at the store is indeed decent. However, I'm not spending hundreds of dollars for receiving service. It doesn't matter how good the service might be, you still gotta give me the suit I ordered.
