  The experience in the location I went to was great. Joel was a great help and very professional, not to mention he was there for just a few months and seemed like he had been doing this forever. I can’t speak on the shipping and actual suit yet being that it didn’t come in and I had heard a few horror stories but I’m very optimistic.

  I had a fitting with Lauren on 5/5/18 at the Broad Street location and my experience was great. When I arrived she offered me an espresso which was just what I needed, and then we began our appointment. She took all my measurements and then helped me pick out shirts. Everything from beginning to end went smoothly and I enjoyed the experience. I'll definitely be back for some more shirts and a suit in the future, and would like to work with Lauren again!

  Indochino provides the professional attention to fitting a suit to the modern man’s taste combined with a one of a kind experience. I want to thank Lauren especially who took her time to tailor the measurements and picking the right fabric and colors for the look I want to achieve. I have found my new suit store.

  I do not ever write reviews but feel compelled to write one in this instance as one team member, in particular, Elizabeth Rojas, is absolutely amazing! I had placed an order, and the fit had several issues. I brought in the suits and shirts, and Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me make sure everything was right. She took ownership of the issue (although the fit problems were by no means her fault) and did everything she could to ensure that the suits and shirts fit perfectly. Elizabeth made me feel like a valued customer. I simply cannot commend her enough for all her efforts! I hope that higher management reads this message and gives her the appropriate recognition for the outstanding service she provides. If you need a suit or shirt, you should, without question or hesitation go and see Elizabeth. She is a wonderful person and superlative Team Lead! I would definitely give her 6 out of 5 stars if possible!
