  If there were 10 stars + , Keith and I would rank IRH highest. It is the top in our ratings. From all the staff nurses, techs, doctors, OT, PT, food service, case mgr, ect. we could not have asked for more. Clean, bright, friendly - we will recommend IRH in Carmel,In to all. It was a long drive every day for me to visit my husband, but well worth it. Keep up the good work - you are #1. Thanks to all who entered our room. You made a rough time easier.

  I would like to give a shout out to the whole staff of Indianapolis Rehabilitation in clouding the techs like Kim. They were all so nice to me & very patient with me also.The nurses & Drs. were very good & friendly. I learned to love my therapists after awhile 😆 but they got me motivated so I could have a better quality of life. Thank you, Thank you to all I encountered especially my first therapist Krishna the very first therapist I encountered, he was tough but I got over it 😠 He got me started on the road to recovery ❤️‍🩹 God Bless you all.   Very nice facility with kind, respectful and caring staff! Top notch customer service starting as soon as you step through the door welcomed by a friendly face!!! Feel a sense of comfort knowing that I or a loved one was cared for while staying at the Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital in Carmel, IN.

  Well, Melanie Grendell here again. I posted five stars and a shout out to several nurses and techs a couple of months ago, but I gave the wrong name! I said there was a Kathy there’s no Kathy! Shout out to Nancy and Kim, Debbie and Sonya what a wonderful wonderful group of women. Kim, and Nancy have stood on their heads and turned over backwards to make me comfortable. I am very homesick and scared of the unknown. These women hung the moon.

  Indianapolis Rehab Hospital is a great place to have a loved one. They are very professional, caring and communication is amazing. Cindi is an amazing caseworker. She is available to support through the admission, stay and discharge. She is so knowledgeable and a huge advocate for the patient/family. Jesse and Laura were an amazing therapy team. They push the patients to get stronger and be independent. The nurses, doctors, and CNAs were not your average caregivers. They went above and beyond every interaction they had with their clients and families. I would highly recommend this hospital. They make you feel like family from the time you walk through the doors and send you out with a celebratory exit.
