  The doctors and PAs here are all so kind and understanding. They take the time to really listen to your concerns and help you out to the best of their ability. Plus their new office is so nice!

  The staff and Dr. Barbe are excellent. Dr. Barbe makes my kids feel comfortable and keeps them laughing. He aways takes his time to answer any questions I may have and I feel heard and understood at every appointment. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Barbe specifically.

  I couldn’t be more disappointed in this doctor’s office. My son’s severe allergies which caused head to toe eczema, many sleepless nights, itching, random hive breakouts etc was brushed off time and time again. I was told “He’ll grow out of it.” and that I didn’t need to do anything. I finally took my son (at only a year old) to get tested at an allergist, and he had so many severe allergies that were the root cause of his eczema. We were finally able to get him feeling better, but with absolutely zero help from the doctors here. They didn’t care about the pain and discomfort my son was in, and they certainly believed they knew my son better than I do (after only seeing him a small number of times). I would not recommend this doctor’s office for any reason whatsoever.

  We have been going to Indian Crest for about 6 years. We love the new office, the nurses/MA are skilled, and we have had positive experiences with all the providers during our visits. However, Dr. Shah has become our main (preferred) provider because she is attentive, approachable, and thoughtful - she has even checked in on us beyond office hours. As I mentioned, we’ve been going here for some time now, and I feel that she is the only provider/staff that distinguishes our family from the next patient. I docked a star because I have occasionally found small trash/used bandaids in the room, and the admin process such as making appointments, checking in, etc. has not always been smooth, but the staff overall has been cordial. With that being said, I think these issues have significantly improved since the move to the current location. As a healthcare professional myself, I highly recommend this practice (particularly Dr. Shah).

  We usually love this pediatrician. Today during a sick visit things were on the less friendly and less clean side. The nurse that took us back seemed to be in a rush, not empathetic and not on the kid friendly side. When my daughter did not know what the nurse wanted her to do during a few procedures, she seemed to act like "why does this child not undeestand?" To make the visit less pleasant, in the attached photos you will see an earwax removal tool, a disposable adapter for looking in the ears and a used bandaid that was in the middle of the room on the floor for everyone to see when you walk in. My daughter said gross and kicked it under seat. I did not attempt to pick it up for obvious reasons. Disappointed that I had to add this review when our past visits have been satisfactory. Being here today for a sick visit only made these problems more annoying.
