  i went to renew my passport and had good experience. only thing surprised me about the passport collection as we need to pay the shipping fee irrespective of shipping/collecting it by yourself. They said it can be held for 48 hours only so they want us to pay for the shipping and which is not refundable too.

  We applied for my wife's passport renewal at the Houston Center and they did an impressive job. They changed our Tatkal application to a regular application and also got her passport with in 2 weeks along with the refund of fees. The staff at the Front office there and the back office Call center were amazing.

  I had an emergency with regards to my mothers passport - it was due to expire while she was in the US on her tourist visa. Friendly staff at CKGS and CGI Houston coordinated on this issue and helped me in renewing her passport in a timely manner. They were very clear in their communication and requirements to accomplish this task and once the required information was submitted, the process was a breeze. I am very humbled with their courteous attitude. Keep up the great work folks - 2 thumbs up.

  I dealt with 4 individuals in the C&K office in Houston. Every single one of them was extremely nice and very helpful. I waited there about 6 hours to resolve an urgent issue with the visa and during that time I saw all the customer service employees interact in the same polite and attentive manner with the customers. Top notch service
