  Their dispatchers are incredibly inconsiderate and they cancelled my ride without even telling me; had to reorder a completely new ride and wait another 15-20 minutes before being picked up! Yeah on time service is a lie

  El peor servicio, se tardan mucho en contestar y son muy groseros en su servicio, muy impuntuales y al llamar me dijeron que no les importaba. Cero recomendado como turista

  Worst company I have every dealt with. I had a horrible experience with the taxi driver. When I called to issue a complaint I was ignored even though I left three voicemails. A week later and I still hadn't heard back. Finally I got through to someone. I just wanted my money back because the taxi driver had not taken me to my destination and I had had to walk alone in the middle of the night. The man who I talked to was incredibly rude to me, and yelled at me on the phone. Even if he was unable to give me my money back, he still could have treated me like a human being. I would give this zero stars if I could.

  Yo nunca he tenido la oportunidad de ocupar este servicio pero tuve una muy mala experiencia con un conductor de esta compañía, el cual manejaba el taxi no. 1195 este joven me tiro el taxi en sima y por si fuera poco me escupió y me tiro una soda en la cara . Llame a la compañía y me molesto mucho que no le dieran la importancia a este caso según la persona que me atendió dijo que no ella no podía hacer nada que dejará un mensaje a su supervisor y después el me llamaría. Sigo sin comprender cómo pueden tener conductores con un nivel de agresión tan alto, en el aeropuerto donde hay tanto tráfico ........
