  Superbly managed salon. I was very impressed when I first called a few years back when I was looking for an eyelash stylist, and I've been hooked since! Not only that a real person answered the phone, but the owner Onie explained in great detail about the process and the salon's experience with eyelash extensions. A few years later, I'm still a loyal customer because of the consistently excellent customer service: always answering the phone during business hours, clear yet respectful communication with reminders/follow-ups, and cleanliness. They also don't push sales and are honest about pros/cons when you inquire about other services offered by the salon. I can't comment on hair coloring/cut since I had already found an amazing hair dresser (Kamiya-A) before I started coming to Inari. But I highly recommend this place for these specialty items: eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, and Brazilian hair treatment for damaged hair. All in all, one of the best salons in DC!

  Do not go for undercuts. Staff was great and accommodating. Felt very high end as I was there. I have an undercut and drop into any nearby barber or salon to get it shaved every few weeks and haven't had an issue getting a clean up for less than $15. My hairdresser at Inari put my hair in a loose ponytail and began shaving. I trusted that the salon was luxury enough that I didn't have to be concerned. Quite a bit of my hair was taken off, growing my undercut by about 1/2 inch all around and quite high on my ears. My growth is about 2 feet and it can take over 2 years to grow my hair back to length. I paid a total of $30 for this shave. I wish more care had been taken to protect my length when using shears set at 0. Disappointed to have lost that hair and hope to find a hairdresser somewhere else that can help me regain some of that growth. This salon doesn't seem able to accommodate undercuts so please don't go for this service, it was not mentioned to me that this was not a comfortable service for the hairdressers.

  I moved to D.C. 18 months ago and this is where I first came. I have a vibrant dark red hair color that most stylists can't seem to match and it is very frustrating... not here though, Santos is nothing short of a miracle worker! I've had facials here also. Last weekend, I got great lengths extensions by Gary. Amazing! They are a tad too long so I am going to go back today for a trim, but everyone loves the color and nobody can tell they are extensions! The staff, especially the woman at the front desk, the nicest woman ever! Always remembers exactly who I am when I call and come in! I don't know how she does it! I had stopped coming due to travel for a good chunk of time and I called for extensions and she remembered who I was over the phone and as soon as I walked in. I can't believe how nicely treated every customer is here! Best salon in the DMV! One of the best salons I have ever been to!
