Beautiful homes with great amenities. InTown Homes is truly anti-cookie cutter. Amazing lakes, community pools, handsome finishes, they really build unique homes!

We had our stucco inspected and need a gazillion dollars in work (all repairable, just bad quality builder). The inspector said when he "knows the gate code to the community, it's just not a good thing..." #IntownHomesSucks

Buyer beware! There have been numerous problems with the home I purchased including pipes bursting, multiple leaks in various places in the home, the gas line being laid on neighboring property resulting in it being cut, tearing up the wood floors because they were buckling and then refusing to fix unless a waiver was signed, decking rotting, stucco rotting, AC going out multiple times. Dealing with them is next to impossible as if you place a warranty ticket it is a 3rd party who may or may not show up to repair the issue, probably won't due it correctly and will require multiple trips with no oversight from InTown. They are very quick to try to sidestep any responsibly and will in no way be helpful. They do not care about ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase as the fight continues over the numerous problems that have occurred with this home and their response is that they're sorry I have had so many problems but they will not do anything to correct. To be factual, they did fix where the pipes burst, however it took 4 trips. They also fixed where the gas line was laid incorrectly, but I had no gas for a week and had to call them constantly to badger about the status. So, in summation if you want to have regrets and be miserable, buy away! If yuh want to be happy and not up at 5am listening to the AC that has been fixed 9 times continue to rattle, run!

BEWARE InTown Homes - We ordered our home to be build in the Upland Lakes community in May 2013 with a contract to deliver the home by December 20, 2013. It has been over 3 years since our purchase, they completed the home 2 years late and we have never been contacted by any member of InTown homes except for the Salesperson, Jeff Young, who has only told me over 14 visits to his office that he was forwarding my concerns (I was never cc'd on any emails) to InTown Homes Management. We had an outside Engineering company find construction problems during the building process but I never got a response back from InTown homes. When I asked why I could not speak to anyone in Management about our problem that they built the 3rd floor with the wrong windows, Jeff said it would cost InTown homes $30k to fix them and it was "Not his problem". We had 3 finance sources for our mortgage back out of the process because of the extensive delay in construction. Beware of their contract that says they will not return your Deposit even if they do not build your home on time, or finish it 2 years later or even call you to explain your options. As of this review, I have not received an email, phone call or any contact from InTown homes to either take delivery of our home or have a conversation!

We were trying to build a home a went through so many obstacles with The City of Houston. We finally gave up and look at Intown homes listing in our neighborhood. The house was beautiful and spacing. Through the process, they were on point and professional. Mike Winoske took the lead, and even was help a few times after the sell. So far, we love our house and hope we can plant roots here.
