  Well, I really wanted to like this place but then the owner in the front desk shamed me into giving $10 tip for a $45 service instead of what I wanted to give, slightly less than that and I can no longer give it a great rating. I'm the type of person who is a generous tipper and I don't pay attention to percentages because one day I might give slightly less but the next time, when things are financially better for me, I would give a tip way over any standard percentages. She also shamed me in front of other strange, shady people, mostly men that weren't even there for massages. It's my first time in your business but not my first time going through life. I'm 32. I've been working and ahead financially and then there's now. Currently I'm a stay-at-home mom and a student in need of a simple 1-hour massage and things aren't going quite as well for me financially. It was a good massage and I respect the person who did the service for me. I would've gladly given this place a 4-star rating. However, the other downside aside from this unfortunate tipping incident, is that my massager kept the door open the entire time and at least one man passed by and had a glance of me in my undies. I'm not a thin person and I felt uncomfortable but couldn't see whether it was indeed open or closed until after the massage was over and she walked out without sliding the door open, because it was never closed in the first place. In summary, this is one example of when you try to make your day by doing some r&r but then get it ruined by someone who completely cramps your flow. Because of this, I can't in good faith return here, just steps away from where I live.

  I would’ve given In Spa 5 starts because of the absolute amazing work. However, the fact that my family and I was forced to give an excessive amount Tip of what we wanted to give was absurd. We generously gave a fair amount to our misuses, shockingly as we were exiting the front end person stopped us and stated what we gave wasn’t enough and that we had to give more. This was my first time experiencing this spa treatment and was very disappointed, I truly hope that forcing customers to pay extra out of pocket Tips is not the way that IN SPA does business.

  We had a nice and relaxing massage today. The place is clean. Therapist are skillful. We cant wait to go back. Thanks to Edna my therapist. You are awesome.😍

  Went there yesterday with my wife, book a couple room for one hour massage, workers are very friendly with smile, the one who do massage for us were both female, one with older age the other one younger. They both very professional and skillful. Combination style with shiatsu, Swedish, hot stone all together. My neck and lower back pain relieve a lot after one hour massage. Clean & Quiet place, price is the best can ever find, $40/per person, I gave $15 tips each person, they are very happy about it. have free parking lot a plus. Will go again for sure.
