  Great place to go! The staff there is friendly, knowledgeable, and are more than happy to work with first timers like myself. Will definitely be bringing my friends back with me!

  I had hip surgery several years ago and needed something that gave me a challenging workout without high impact. Lynn has extensive experience in physical therapy and it shows in her work. She's keenly aware of your posture while exercising and helps you do the workout the right way. I feel taller and more flexible each time I leave the studio!

  Went to my first one on one session yesterday and one word, Wow!! Signed up for a 30 day I tried offer, cannot wait to see how much this changes my life after my knee injury.
