  NOVEMBER 12, 2011 Don't go to this dealer. Victor Dominguez/Owner sold me a car for $ 3, 575.00. The transmission went after 12 days. He told me verbally in this price was included 30 days warranty. I ask him for my money back he refused. I took him to court and the judge granted me my money back Mr. Dominguez still refusing to pay my money back. He is now trying to bribe me with a ' make shift' attorney letterl. telling me he will give me $ 400.00 towards the transmission if I delete the review posted !!!!! I don't think so - I want my money back as set forth by the courts !!!!! NOVEMBER 20, 2012 UPDATE IN THIS CASE. A YEAR AFTER FIGHTING WITH MR. DOMINGUEZ. THE JUDGE FINALLY ENFORCED THE DEFAULT JUDGEMENT. THEY FROZE HIS BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE HE NEVER WAS INSTERESTED IN NEGOTIATING. FINALLY I WAS LUCKY TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK AND HE LOST MY CAR TOO. HE THOUGHT HE WAS SMART!!!!!!! THIS PROBLEM STILL OCCURING WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AS I AM NOT THE FIRST OR LAST FOR SAMPLE JOSEPH RIVERA. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING A CAR FROM HIS DEALERSHIP AND IF YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE A CAR ASK FOR WARRANTY FIRST AND READ IT BEFORE REGISTERING THE CAR IN MOTOR VEHICLE. IF ANYBODY IS IN THIS SITUATION WITH MR. DOMINGUEZ "GO TO COURT FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS" "PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP" GO UNTIL THE END OF THE CASE EVEN IF TAKES YOU 2 YEARS "DON''T GIVE UP" BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT HE WANTS CUSTOMERS WHO GIVE UP.
