  So before I went to this salon I called three times to let them know that I am natural and that I do not use any chemicals in my hair. I also let them know I can not have excessive heat in my hair. They assured me that my hair would be properly cared for and that all their products were natural products that they make themselves . I went in for a wash n set. After my hair was washed and conditioned there was this lemon product used and it smelled so good that I didn't think to ask what it was. After my hair was washed I noticed my hair was very different from when I washed my hair at home. It smelled differently and the texture was very different. I just assumed that it was the conditioner they used and it made my hair soft. When my hair was blow dried the woman then flat ironed a piece of my hair even though i stated before I sat in the chair that I could not have excessive heat on my hair. When I told her to stop she kept saying just a little bit to make it look nice. I told her no and then she finally gave up. Two weeks later my curls didn’t come back so I decided to wash it to see what was going on. Not only do I currently have heat damage but I also have chemical damage in my hair. When I called the salon to inform them instead of giving me a refund or atleast oferring one, they instead offered a free wash n set which showed the lady on the phone had not been listening. If you are natural do not go to this salon I was natural for years and now my hair is damaged and smells like burnt hair when I wash it.

  This place is good the own and her employees are very nice ladies, but I came here 2 yrs ago n got my hair colored, after I washed my hair it fell out.
